Transit time and mode

The parcel travels by land from Turkey, and transit is about two weeks once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Syria has published reference rates by region; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs from 15 US dollars for the northern governorates to 20 for Damascus, customs excluded, and the price is confirmed per shipment. Play mats are light but take volume, and foldable or interlocking mats ship smaller than rolled ones; compare box dimensions and combine them with toys and baby gear in one parcel.

Thickness and material

A thickness of 1 to 2 cm cushions falls; choose non-toxic XPE or EVA foam without a strong smell. Check the surface is waterproof and wipes clean, and measure the space in centimetres to plan the number of interlocking tiles. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
