Two ways to ship macrame decor to Syria

If you buy macrame decor yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.

Transit time and mode

The parcel travels by land from Turkey, and transit is about two weeks once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Syria has published reference rates by region; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs from 15 US dollars for the northern governorates to 20 for Damascus, customs excluded, and the price is confirmed per shipment. Macrame is made of light cotton rope that folds and rolls without breaking, so it suits air, but the wooden rod it hangs from sets the carton length, so ask for its length; several pieces can share one parcel.

Size and care

Check the width and length in centimetres including the fringe and compare it with your wall space. Plant hangers carry a set weight, so read it before using a heavy clay pot, and fix them to the ceiling with a suitable hook. Shake off dust gently rather than washing. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
