Two ways to ship room dividers to Syria

If you buy room dividers yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.

Transit time and mode

The parcel travels by land from Turkey, and transit is about two weeks once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Syria has published reference rates by region; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs from 15 US dollars for the northern governorates to 20 for Damascus, customs excluded, and the price is confirmed per shipment. A folding screen ships folded but is tall, so it is usually charged on dimensional weight; carved wood is heavier than fabric, so land suits large pieces, and ask for the corners and hinges to be protected.

Height and panel count

A height of 170 to 180 cm blocks the view for most people, and the number of panels sets the width, so measure the space before ordering. Cut-out wooden screens let light and air through, fabric screens are lighter to move, and divider shelves add storage but need assembly and wall fixing when tall. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
