Two ways to ship samovars and serving urns to Syria

If you buy samovars and serving urns yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.

Transit time and mode

The parcel travels by land from Turkey, and transit is about two weeks once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Syria has published reference rates by region; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs from 15 US dollars for the northern governorates to 20 for Damascus, customs excluded, and the price is confirmed per shipment. Samovars are fairly heavy and bulky and copper ones heavier; ship them in the original box with packing that protects the finish, land is cheaper, and combine them with serving trays.

Capacity and voltage

Pick capacity by number of guests; large samovars suit majlis gatherings and occasions. Electric ones run on 220 V with a European plug, and check water-contact parts are stainless steel or tin-lined copper. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
