By land, about two weeks, after the parcel reaches the warehouse and is prepared.

Can I ship thermos flasks I bought myself in Turkey?

Yes, enter the receiving-centre address with your box number at checkout, and we combine the orders and ship them to your address.

It needs extra padding because the glass liner can break, and stainless is safer.

Two ways to ship thermos flasks to Syria

If you buy thermos flasks yourself from a store that delivers inside Turkey, enter the receiving-centre address with your name and box number, and the order is logged to your account. If the store rejects your card or asks for a Turkish phone, send the links with Buy for Me. Parcels stay free at the warehouse for up to 30 days so you can combine orders.

Transit time and mode

The parcel travels by land from Turkey, and transit is about two weeks once the shipment leaves, after the store’s own delivery inside Turkey to the warehouse. Once it arrives, the parcel is delivered in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Hama and other cities, and you follow each step from your account.

How the price is worked out

Syria has published reference rates by region; a medium carton (60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg) runs from 15 US dollars for the northern governorates to 20 for Damascus, customs excluded, and the price is confirmed per shipment. An empty flask is light but bulky, so it is often charged on dimensional weight; the inside can be filled with light clothes to save parcel space, and the lid is best left slightly open in transit.

Capacity and insulation

Common capacities run from half a litre to two litres, and larger ones suit families and trips. Double-wall vacuum stainless keeps heat for many hours, while a glass liner is cheaper but can break. Read the product page for the advertised heat retention time. Charges may apply in Syria by value and quantity, and commercial quantities need a separate quote.
