Tchibo or Karaca: Weekly Offers or Fixed Kitchen Sets

The main difference is time. Tchibo shows a different themed range every week, so what you like today may be gone in two weeks and should go in the same order rather than being put off. Karaca is where you buy cookware and kitchen sets you complete piece by piece over months. If your basket is full of weekly offers you must decide fast, and if it is a kitchen set the key is checking every piece is there before shipping.

How to handle an offer that ends soon

Count the days for the parcel to reach the warehouse and then the shipping days, and if the offer will end before the rest of your order is ready, order this piece alone now and combine it later with another order instead of waiting for the whole basket.

How to check a kitchen set is complete

Read the number of pieces, the size of each pot and lid in the product card, compare the list with what you open at the warehouse before the carton is sealed, and ask for a photo of each piece when the set is large.

What is specific to each country

Syria: To Syria the parcel travels overland, so heavy cookware goes at the bottom of the carton with the light Tchibo items above it, and delivery to the door is asked about before paying. Saudi Arabia: In Saudi Arabia orders for hosting sets rise before Ramadan and the feasts, so count back from the occasion before choosing between a weekly offer and a full set. Kuwait: In Kuwait buying hosting, tea and coffee sets is common, so ask about glass and porcelain pieces before ordering since they need double packing in the parcel.

How orders ship and arrive

Syria: Heavy cookware is stacked at the bottom of one overland carton with paper between before the road to Syria. Saudi Arabia: Cookware flies after consolidation with home delivery, and big sets are counted by volume after padding. Kuwait: The order flies to Kuwait with home delivery, with glass and porcelain pieces in a separate padded layer.
