How to Track Your Shipment from Türkiye
Track your shipment from the My Shipments page in your MarkaShip account. Each order shows its current status, from Awaiting Pricing and Awaiting Payment to Ordered and Received at the warehouse, then Shipped and Delivered. Once a carrier and tracking number are recorded for the shipment they appear with the order, so you can follow the international leg through to delivery.

Where to find your shipment status
Sign in and open My Shipments. The page lists your orders with order number, item count and last update, and you can filter by status: all, awaiting pricing, awaiting payment, paid, shipped, delivered, expired or cancelled. You do not need to send a message to find out where your order is.
What each status means
Awaiting Pricing means the order is being reviewed to set the cost; Awaiting Payment means the quote is ready for your approval. Ordered means the purchase from the Turkish store was placed, and Received means the parcel reached the warehouse in Türkiye. Shipped starts the international leg and Delivered ends it.
When the tracking number appears
The tracking number and carrier are added to the order once the shipment is registered with the carrier; when they appear on My Shipments, follow the international leg from them. Before that, the shipment is being bought, received or consolidated in Türkiye, and the status in your account is the reference.
When to ask about your shipment
Ask if an order stays at Awaiting Payment and you cannot see the quote, if an unpaid quote shows Expired, or if a tracking number stops updating for longer than the date given in the quote. Send the order number from the same page so it can be reviewed quickly.
