Which is better for Syria, Trendyol or Hepsiburada?

Neither is always better; compare the same offer and seller on both, then combine both orders in one carton.

Do Trendyol or Hepsiburada deliver to Syria directly?

Usually not; the order is bought to a receiving address in Türkiye, then shipped by land to Syria.

What does a carton from Türkiye to Syria cost?

Published reference rates are $15, $17 and $20 by governorate for a medium carton and $20, $23 and $25 for a large one, excluding customs.

Trendyol or Hepsiburada for Syria: How to Choose

Neither platform is always better for Syria: Trendyol and Hepsiburada are Turkish marketplaces where many sellers list the same product on different terms, and neither usually delivers to an address in Syria. Choose by product and seller, then send both links through Buy for Me so they are bought and combined into one carton shipped by land, with a quote separating price, fees and shipping before payment.

Why orders for Syria go through a forwarder

Buying on both platforms usually needs a delivery address in Türkiye and a payment method the site accepts, and international delivery options do not cover Syria for most products. You pick the product and seller, then the order is bought to the receiving address in Türkiye and checked before the land route. Send the direct link, seller name, size, color and quantity.

Comparing the same offer on both platforms

One product can appear from several sellers with different prices, preparation times and return policies, so the seller matters more than the platform. Compare the same model, color and capacity, read seller ratings and size charts, and name a backup size, since returns from Syria to Türkiye are rarely practical.

Filling the carton well

Syria reference rates are per carton, not per item: a medium carton is 60×40×40 cm up to 15 kg and a large carton 80×50×50 cm up to 30 kg. Combine purchases from both platforms until the carton is full, pack clothing and shoes together, and leave out bulky light items if they would force a larger carton.

How orders ship and arrive in Syria

Shipping to Syria runs by land through Turkish border crossings, and MarkaShip publishes reference rates in USD excluding customs: a medium carton (60×40×40 cm up to 15 kg) is $15 to the north (Idlib, Aleppo), $17 to the center (Homs, Hama) and $20 to the south (Damascus); a large carton (80×50×50 cm up to 30 kg) is $20, $23 and $25. Rates are confirmed per shipment. Write your Syria address with city, area and a nearby landmark, plus the recipient name and an active phone number. Keep the seller invoices. Published rates exclude customs, so current import and carrier rules for the actual goods still apply.
