Is there a general price to compare?

No, since the two stores differ in the kind of pieces; compare a similar item at its final price after service and shipping fees.

Do I need to keep the invoice?

Yes. Keep the original invoice, as it is your reference for the item value and source in any customs review.

Can I combine Vakko and Beymen orders in one parcel?

You can, but first ask whether the combined value will exceed what you are willing to insure and to pay in import fees at home.

Vakko or Beymen for Syria: One Brand or Many

Choose Vakko if you want a piece from one luxury brand such as a silk scarf or shawl, and Beymen if you want to browse Turkish and international brands in one store. Pieces are high in value either way, so keep the original invoice and state the real value.

One brand or a multi-brand store?

Vakko is a single Turkish luxury brand, known for silk scarves, shawls, clothing and accessories, so an order needs only the item link and size. Beymen is a multi-brand store, so state the brand name and model number exactly as on the product page, because sizing follows the brand chart and not the store.

How to handle value and packing

For both, a high item value can affect import fees in the destination country, so check the rules in force and ask about insuring the parcel. Ask to keep the original box or dust bag, and inspect the piece and its tags after it reaches Türkiye, before international shipping.

What is specific to buying for Syria

Luxury pieces are usually light but high in value, so choose the smallest carton that protects them, and state the real value in the shipping details, as published prices exclude customs.

How orders ship and arrive

After the piece is inspected in Türkiye the parcel goes overland to Syria in a carton sized to fit, so ask for the smallest carton that still protects the piece before you accept the offer.
