Should I order pots and appliances in one carton?

Two separate cartons are better: pots are heavy and appliances are fragile, and each needs different packing.

How do I know an appliance suits my home’s electricity?

Check the voltage and plug in the listing or write your question in the order, and review the official source for your country before paying.

Can I combine an Arzum order and a Korkmaz order in one parcel?

Yes. After the orders reach the receiving address in Türkiye they are checked and combined into one shipment, and the final weight appears after measuring.

Arzum or Korkmaz for a Gulf Hosting Kitchen: Small Appliances or Big Pots

Korkmaz makes the heavy stainless pots and Arzum the small tabletop appliances such as the kettle and tea maker. The first question is not which is better but how many guests you host at once: someone cooking for twenty starts with a large pot, and someone serving tea and coffee starts with appliances. Each country below covers size, storage and care.

UAE: a small flat kitchen and many guests

Many homes in the UAE are flats with narrow kitchens, so the cupboard cannot hold a giant pot and a full set of appliances together. Order a medium Korkmaz pot that serves six to eight people, and measure the shelf width before paying. From Arzum add one appliance you will use every day rather than five that stay in their boxes. The parcel reaches Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah by air after clearance.

Qatar: family feasts need a big pot

In Qatar the extended family gathers often and large quantities are cooked, so the biggest thick-walled Korkmaz pot with a tight lid makes sense. It is heavy, so take the weight of the pot with its lid from the listing before adding appliances to the same carton. Delivery is in Doha, Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah after clearance.

Bahrain: humidity leaves marks on stainless steel

High humidity in Bahrain leaves spots and water marks on steel that stays wet in the cupboard. Dry the pot well before putting it away, and do not stack pots while damp. For Arzum appliances keep the boxes and the warranty paper. The address in Bahrain is building number, road and block.

Oman: a long road beyond Muscat

Someone living outside Muscat, in Salalah, Sohar or Nizwa, receives the parcel after a long road, so ask for the weight to be split across two cartons instead of one heavy carton that is hard to lift. Put the pots in one carton and the fragile appliances in another with enough padding. Note the weight of each carton on receipt.
