How do I decide a child’s size?

Measure height and chest in centimeters and compare them with the chart of the item, and do not carry a size over from one brand to another. Order one size up for growth.

Should I order baby clothes from Civil or LC Waikiki?

Both show baby clothes, so compare the same item, its fabric composition and its final price after shipping instead of judging by brand.

Can I combine a Civil order and an LC Waikiki order in one parcel?

Yes. After the orders reach the receiving address in Türkiye they are checked and combined in one parcel before shipping to your country.

Kids’ Clothes from Civil or LC Waikiki to the Gulf

Civil fits if you shop only for children, teens and babies, and LC Waikiki fits if you add items for the mother and father to the kids’ order. Age size is not enough, so measure the child’s height and chest in centimeters and allow growth room. The part specific to each Gulf country follows.

UAE: school rules and a long heat

Schools in the UAE often set a uniform and shoes, so ask your child’s school what is accepted before ordering. Because of the long heat, favor light cotton for the first layer. The parcel flies to Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and customs follows the emirate where it enters.

Qatar: one parcel for kids and parents

Combining kids’ clothes with the parents’ order in one box suits Qatar better because most parcels are mid-sized. Clearance is at Hamad airport, with delivery in Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan and Al Khor. Write zone number, street and building, and keep the invoice for Qatar’s General Authority of Customs.

Bahrain: nearby delivery and a size test

Short distances make delivery fast, so you confirm the child’s size and set the right growth room in the next order. Address: building, road, block and area. Any customs duties are paid through the national portal.

Oman: baby clothes on a long trip

The road from Muscat to Sohar, Nizwa or Salalah is long, so ask for baby clothes in a sealed bag that guards against dust and humidity inside the parcel. Prefer buying in one go. State governorate, wilayat, neighborhood and a nearby landmark, and check with Oman Customs.
