Should I measure my foot in centimeters?

Yes, measure foot length in centimeters and match it to the brand chart, because a size 42 is not the same across brands.

Are trainers heavy to ship?

They are usually charged by the size of the box, so ask whether they can leave the original box if volume is the issue, and keep photos of the box.

Can I return the wrong size?

Returning after the order reaches your country is hard and costly, so the safest way is to settle the size before buying.

hummel or Sportive: Sportswear Brand or Sports Store

hummel is a sportswear brand with a consistent cut and fabric range, while Sportive is a sports store that shows several brands. Choose hummel when you need matching kit for a team or a family, and Sportive when you want trainers from one brand and clothes from another in one basket. Either way trust the size chart on the product page and measure yourself in centimeters first.

When hummel suits you

It suits you when buying for several people the same colour and cut, such as training kit or a family gift. Ask for the same size chart on each item and put the name, number and size of every person in your message so the order does not get mixed up during consolidation.

When Sportive suits you

It suits you when you want shoes from one brand and clothes from another in a single basket. Check that your size is in stock before paying because the smallest and largest sizes sell out first, and name the colour exactly as written on the page rather than describing it.

What is specific to each country

Syria: The overland parcel to Syria holds many shoes and clothes at the carton price, so collect the family sizes in one order and review the governorate price table before deciding how many pieces. Saudi Arabia: In Saudi Arabia many buyers want a club or school kit in a set colour, so write the colour and model number exactly and ask for a photo of the actual piece before shipping. Kuwait: In Kuwait buying is often for children whose size changes fast, so buy a little larger and read the brand guidance for growing kids instead of the age size printed.

How orders ship and arrive

Syria: Pieces are consolidated in Türkiye with shoes at the bottom of the carton and clothes on top before the overland road to Syria, so write each person size beside the name. Saudi Arabia: Pieces fly to Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam with home delivery, and shoe boxes are usually charged on dimensional weight, so ask whether they can leave the boxes. Kuwait: Orders fly to Kuwait with home delivery, and area, block and building are enough in the address, with each child size beside the name.
