How long my parcel waits before shipping
Because the Kuwait line moves almost daily, a parcel rarely waits more than a few days in the warehouse before it finds a place on a departing shipment. Most of our customers order from several stores at once, so we consolidate everything into one box and ship it on the next flight once the orders are in.
Is Hawalli priced differently from Jahra?
We publish no per-governorate rate. The parcel is charged on the higher of actual and volumetric weight after packing, and the final cost is fixed in the quote. A large light box of clothes can be charged above its scale weight, so consolidating and cutting empty space before shipping helps.
How to write a Kuwaiti address
Write the area, block number, street, avenue if any and house or building number, with the recipient name and an active phone number with the country code. These numbers matter more than the area name alone and speed up delivery in large governorates such as Farwaniya and Jahra.
