Trendyol Sellers and Returns for Saudi Orders
Trendyol is a marketplace that shows products from many sellers, not a single store. So check the seller name shown under the product, their rating and their policy before you send the link through Buy for Me. Each seller sets its own stock, price and return terms, and if you buy from three sellers three parcels reach the receiving address in Türkiye for the team to consolidate before shipping to Saudi Arabia.

Read the seller name before the product
Under every product on Trendyol there is the seller name, their rating and the number of people who rated them. The same product can be sold by more than one seller at different prices, so compare sellers rather than photos. Prefer a seller with a steady rating and many ratings, read what buyers wrote about size and whether the item matches the photo, and avoid a seller with no ratings even if cheaper.
Why parcels may arrive separately
If you buy from several sellers, each seller dispatches its own order in its own time, so the first arrives days before the last. The receiving address in Türkiye takes in each parcel, the team checks it against your list, and everything ships together once the orders are complete. Do not rush shipping before the last piece arrives, because every separate shipment adds its own cost.
Returns when the seller is the party
Return terms are set by the selling party and appear on the product page and at checkout; they are not one set for every item on the site. Once the piece has reached Saudi Arabia it is hard to send back to a seller in Türkiye, so the safer course is for the team to spot any error in the Turkish address before shipping. Read each seller’s return term before ordering, and avoid what you may have to reject.
Shipping to Saudi Arabia after consolidation
Shipping to Saudi Arabia runs by air on regular flights from Istanbul: the order reaches the warehouse, is checked and packed, then leaves on the next scheduled shipment, with home delivery in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Do not assume that Trendyol or a seller delivers to Saudi Arabia directly, because the delivery option appears at checkout. Enter the recipient name, mobile number and city exactly, have your national address ready if the carrier asks for it, and note that ZATCA publishes the import requirements for each product.
