Shipping Perfume Turkey to Saudi: the 100 ml Limit

The prohibited list in MarkaShip’s FAQ includes perfume over 100 ml, one list for every country. Shipping to Saudi Arabia is by air from Istanbul, liquids can face carrier restrictions, and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority is the reference for cosmetics. So send the product link and bottle size before paying, and do not assume every small bottle is accepted.

What the prohibited list says

The FAQ page lists products barred from shipping: precious metals, weapons, hazardous and flammable materials, medicines without a prescription and counterfeit goods, plus perfume over 100 ml. The Arabic wording says large quantities (over 100 ml) while the English says perfume over 100ml, so if you are buying several bottles ask customer service how they are counted before paying.

Air freight and liquids

Parcels to Saudi Arabia fly from Istanbul on regular flights, and air transport has dangerous-goods rules. Some liquid or pressurised products may not be accepted by the carrier even if they are not on the prohibited list, and the carrier has the last word. We do not promise any bottle is accepted: send the product link first and we review it with you.

The official bodies in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority is the official body for cosmetics requirements, and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is the reference for import and clearance. This page states no registration rules or exemption limits of its own, so anyone buying several bottles or buying to resell should check both bodies directly before ordering.

How to order correctly

Write the bottle size in ml in the order notes, send the product link through Buy for Me so it can be checked before purchase, and combine it with your other purchases in one shipment to save on shipping. The parcel reaches Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Makkah, the cities named on the Saudi page, and you follow it with a tracking number.
